Three Plover Post 543 and two Stevens Point Post 6 American Legion baseball players were selected to the All-Wisconsin Valley League Team.
Plover pitcher Dan Weinkauf was one of three unanimous picks to the 17-member team. Wisconsin Rapids outfielder Scott Whitrock and Wausau's infielder Dan Augustine were also unanimous selections.
Plover's Andy Cashin was one of four outfielders to make the team and Chad Kingston made it from the infield.
Third baseman Chris McCarten and designated hitter Ryan Zdroik made the team from the Post 6 Sixers.
