| Loretta R. 'Red' Eiden Loretta Rose "Red" Eiden, 92, formerly of 1008 Matilda St., Stevens Point, died Sunday, Dec. 18, 2011, at the Portage County Health Care Center in Stevens Point. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Stevens Point, with the Rev Jerzy Rebacz officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery in Stevens Point. Visitation will be at Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home in Stevens Point from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and at the church from 9:30 a.m. Wednesday until the Mass. A parish rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. A memorial library collection will be established at a later date in her and her husband's names. Condolences may be offered online at www.pisarskifuneralhome.com. Mrs. Eiden was born Sept. 5, 1919, in Waupaca County, a daughter of the late Alex and Helen (Lorbiecki) Kostuch. She attended local schools. She was married to Benedict Eiden on Sept. 15, 1945, in Stevens Point. He died on Feb. 21, 1975. Survivors include two daughters, Judy (Roman) Kizewski, Arnott, and Bonita (Frank Morganti) Eiden, Florida; three sons, David, Stevens Point, Chris, Plover, and Dan (Dana), Whiting; one sister, Bernice (Dan) Rucinski, Wausau; three grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by an infant brother, Ambrose; three brothers, Leo, Chester and Ben; and one sister, Belvina. |
