A memorial service for Carl M. Olszewski, 54, Stevens Point, who died Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at Ministry St. Michael's Hospital in Stevens Point, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Mill Creek, with Deacon Richard Rozumalski officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Mr. Olszewski was born Nov. 10, 1955, in Stevens Point, a son of Irene (Karch) Olszewski and the late Edward Olszewski. He attended Sacred Heart Grade School in Polonia and graduated from Rosholt High School in 1973.
He was married to Linda Worzalla in 1978. The couple later divorced.
He worked for the Worth Company and Del Monte Corp. for a number of years. He also worked as a tool and die maker for Pre-Way. He recently worked for Diamond Concrete and Chet Kluck Concrete Works. He operated Carl's Gun Repair and Bluing Gunsmith.
