Edward A. "Eddie" Falkowski, 83, Cedar Creek Manor, Kronenwetter, father of a Stevens Point man, died Sunday, July 25, 2010, at Ministry St. Clare's Hospital in Weston.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 28, at St. Mark Parish in Rothschild, with the Rev. Allan L. Slowiak officiating. Burial will be in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Kronenwetter.
Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. Wednesday until the Mass.
Memorials may be given to the family for a future memorial in his name.

Mr. Falkowski was born July 28, 1926, in Rothschild, a son of the late Anton and Katie (Olinski) Falkowski.
He was married to Betty Jane Zank on Oct. 25, 1947. She died on Oct. 7, 1998.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He worked at the Rothschild Paper Mill for 44 years.
Survivors include six sons, Greg (Cheryl), Weston, Mark (Patti), Stevens Point, Paul, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Glenn (Cindy), Ringle, Ron, Redding, Calif., and Rick (Beth), Rothschild; and one daughter, Pam (John) Flanders, Portland, Ore.; brother, John; sister, Lillian (Bob) Buchholz; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one sister, Annie Mullen; and two brothers, Joseph "Smokey" and Stanley.
