| Juanita (Skibba) Stumpf Juanita (Skibba) Stumpf, 78, Shiocton, an Amherst Junction native and mother of a Stevens Point woman, died at Appleton Medical Center in Appleton on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2010. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Wichmann Funeral Home in Appleton, with Chaplain Jordan Kuczwara officiating. Interment will be in Oakhill Cemetery in the town of Maine in Outagamie County. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1 p.m. Sunday until the services. Mrs. Stumpf was born Oct. 2, 1931, in Amherst Junction, a daughter of the late Sigmund T. and Regina (Woyak) Skibba. She was married to Howard F. Stumpf on Jan. 26, 1950, in Menasha. He died on Aug. 3, 1989. She was employed at Heckert's Shoe Store and J.C. Penney in Appleton. She was well-known at the Green Bay Farmer's Market for her many varieties of home-grown herbs. Survivors include five sons, Steven and David, both of Shiocton, Howard (Brenda), Oklahoma, and Richard and William (Tammy), both of Appleton; five daughters, Susan (Edward) Rosenberg and Carol (David) Fuller, both of Greenville, Elizabeth Gray, Frisco, Texas, Sandra (Robin) Wege, Appleton, and Donna (Jeff) Zuleger, Stevens Point; three brothers, David (Linda) Skibba; Rick (Jayne) Skibba; and Tom (Tootie) Skibba; many grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother, Greg. |
