Jeanne F. Roeglin

Jeanne F. Roeglin, 84, Stevens Point, died Friday, Jan. 8, 2010, at North Haven Assisted Living in Stevens Point.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover, with the Rev. Jim Trempe officiating. Entombment will be in Pinelawn Memorial Park in Milwaukee.

Visitation will be held at the church from 9 a.m. Tuesday until the Mass.

Boston Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at

Ms. Roeglin was born Feb. 16, 1925, in Milwaukee, a daughter of the late John and Lamertha (Long) Roeglin. She grew up there, attended the local elementary school, and graduated from Holy Angels High School.

She was married to Raymond Burnske. He preceded her in death.

She worked for Marine Bank which later became Bank One. She started out as a teller and worked her way up, retiring as a banking officer.

Survivors include one sister, Helen Burkart, Stevens Point; one niece, Jill Burkart; two nephews, Jeffery (Annette) Burkart and Thomas (Agnes) Burkart; and great-nephews and great-nieces.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Margaret; and one nephew, Robert.
