John P. Bowen Sr., 50, Amherst, formerly of Janesville, died Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010, at Lakeview Specialty Hospital in Waterford.
Services were held Saturday, Feb. 6, at the Whitcomb-Lynch-Albrecht Funeral Home in Janesville.
Visitation was at the funeral home before the services.

Mr. Bowen was born Sept. 19, 1959, a son of the late Richard E. and Mary Ann (Dovark) Bowen.
Survivors include three children, Jessica (Chad) Sisko, John P. (Melissa) Jr. and Colleen (Jamie) Evans, all of Janesville; one brother, Richard (Sharon) Bowen, Amherst; four sisters, Liz Klein, Monroe, Margaret "Midge" Ackerman, Clinton, Marilyn (Geoffrey Tabakin) Nelson, St. Cloud, Minn., and Barbara Janikowski, Sun Prairie; and five grandchildren.
