Alan J. "Baz" Zinda, 22, 2580 Deer Road, Rosholt, died Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2010, at Wausau Aspirus Hospital in Wausau as a result of an automobile accident.
A funeral service will be held at noon Monday at Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home in Stevens Point. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Polonia.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9 a.m. Monday until the service.
A memorial in his name will be established at a later date.

Mr. Zinda was born Oct. 1, 1987, in Stevens Point, a son of John and Beverly (Herek) Zinda. He attended schools in Rosholt, graduating from Rosholt High School in 2006.
He was currently employed at Coyote Steel Roofing in Amherst.
He was involved with Cub Scout Troop 200 of Rosholt.
Survivors include his parents, Rosholt; two brothers, Jeremy and Jason (Nancy), both of Rosholt; two nephews, Landon and Jameson; his paternal grandfather, Clarence Zinda, Rosholt; and his maternal grandfather, Vincent Herek, Custer.
