Madeline (Magdalena) T. Laufenberg, 75, 8692 14th Road, Almond, died Saturday, Aug. 7, 2010, after a short battle with cancer while under the care of her family and Ministry Home Care-Hospice Services.
Mrs. Laufenberg was born Nov. 17, 1934, in Milwaukee, a daughter of the late Joseph and Madeline T. (Finster) Belt.
She was married to Orley J. Laufenberg on June 27, 1953, in Milwaukee. He died on Nov. 5, 2005.
Survivors include two daughters, Theresa (Dennis) Helgeson, Hatley, and Barbara Laufenberg, Apple Valley, Minn.; one son, James (Holly), Hosford, Fla.; one sister, Asenath (Cindy) Begonia, Citrus Heights, Calif.; one brother, Douglas (Kathy) Belt, Almond; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Sylett Lynch, Vivian Yarmark and Coreene Belt; one brother, Joseph Belt; and one grandson, Derek Helgeson.
