Mrs. Bailey was born Dec. 17, 1961, in Milwaukee, a daughter of Ronald F. (Ester) Ewald and Rosemarie T. Ewald (Szczepanski).
She was married to John F. Bailey.
She was a member of PLAV DuBay Chapter 181 and the Polish Heritage Alliance of Wisconsin.
Survivors include her husband; her parents; one daughter, Michelle L. (Carolynn Neumann) Ewald; one son, Michael W. Kobow II; and three grandchildren.
