Jerome "Jerry" Jacoboski, 53, Stevens Point, died Thursday, May 28, 2009, at St. Michael's Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Jacoboski was born July 21, 1955, in Milwaukee, a son of Leonard and Grace (Lorbeck) Jacoboski.
