| Christine F. Bloom Christine F. Bloom, 50, Iola, a former Brillion and Appleton resident, died Monday, May 25, 2009, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Dennis Olson officiating. Interment will be in Our Savior's Lutheran Cemetery in the town of Scandinavia in Waupaca County. Visitation will be at Voie Funeral Home in Iola from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and at the church from 10 a.m. Thursday until the service. Condolences may be offered online at www.voiefuneralhome.com. Mrs. Bloom was born Oct. 12, 1958, in Brillion, a daughter of the late Hugo and Jeanette (Schwanke) Woldt. She was a 1977 graduate of Brillion High School. She was married to Brian Bloom on May 18, 1981, in Brillion. She worked for Presto Products, Azco Hennes and Central Wisconsin Electric Cooperative and was a rural postal carrier in Iola. She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Iola. Survivors include her husband, Brian, Iola; two children, Tyler and Lindsey Bloom, both at home; her twin sister, Carol Geise, Appleton; two brothers, Daryl (Amy) Woldt and Tim Woldt, both of Brillion; nieces; and nephews. |
