Rudy I. Holz, 58, Appleton, a former employee at Fleet Farm in Stevens Point, died Thursday, June 18, 2009, at Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah.
A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, June 25, at the Westgor Funeral Home in Menasha.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3 p.m. Thursday until the service.

Mr. Holz was born April 1, 1951, in Antigo, a son of the late Henry and Regina (Somers) Holz. He was a graduate of Antigo High School and graduated from Northcentral Technical College in Wausau.
He was married to Susan "Sue" Woods on Sept. 23, 1972.
He was employed for 32 years with Mills Fleet Farm in Antigo, Waupaca, Stevens Point and Appleton.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Greg and Eric, both of Madison, and Michael, Milwaukee; one daughter, Jennifer (Norman) Zywicki; two sisters, Carla (Jim) Borman, Coon Rapids, Minn., and Amy Holz, Wausau; and two grandchildren.
