Marlene A. Cable addition

A memorial on behalf of Marlene A. Cable may also be made to Endowment Trust Fund (Trinity Lutheran Church in Eau Claire) in addition to four others listed in the June 26 edition of The Gazette.

Mrs. Cable, 70, Eau Claire, a Stevens Point native and sister of a Plover man, died Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at her home.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 30, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Eau Claire.

Visitation will be at the Fuller-Speckien-Hulke Funeral Home, 3209 Rudolph Road, Eau Claire, between 4:30 and 7 p.m. Monday, June 29, and at the church from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the service.

Survivors include her husband, Dick Cable; two sons, Kurt (Tammy), Eau Claire, and Dan (Lizzy), Denver, Colo.; two daughters, Kathy (Chuck) Caskey, Denver, Colo., and Jodi (Randy) Welch, Sherrard, Ill.; two sisters, Nancy (Ed) Charlton, Murphys, Calif., and Claire Hansen, Jensen Beach, Fla.; two brothers, Winfred "Butch" (Joanne) Jensen, Madison, and Steve (Pam) Jensen, Plover; and 12 grandchildren, Rich, Brianna, Kaitlyn and John Cable; Madeline, Frances and Cooper Cable; Charlie, Maria and Benjamin Caskey; and Aidan and Brennan Welch.
