Lenore M. Joslin
Lenore M. Joslin, 89, a Stevens Point native formerly of Wisconsin Rapids and the mother of a Plover woman, died
Monday, March 31, 2008, at St. Michael's Hospital in Stevens Point.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids, with the Rev.
Andrew Karoblis officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Wisconsin Rapids.
Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. Thursday until the services.
Higgins Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids is assisting the family.
Mrs. Joslin was born Jan. 29, 1919, in Stevens Point, a daughter of the late Adam and Mary (Radecki) Rajski.
She was married to Floyd A. "Page" Joslin on Oct. 8, 1940, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Stevens
Point. He died March 14, 2007.
She was a clerk at the Montgomery Ward store for many years.
She was a member of the Hagerstrom-Rude-Young-Clark American Legion Auxiliary and the Veterans of Foreign Wars
Post 2534 Auxiliary.
Survivors include one son, Frank D., Wisconsin Rapids; one daughter, Judith Hentges, Plover; one sister, Jeanne
Groskopf, Wisconsin Rapids; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Roman, Pat and Clifford Rajski; and two sisters, Laures Barbara
Rajski and Danila Jendrick. |
