Jean M. Mickelson, 77, Madison, mother of a Plover man, died Sunday, April 13, 2008.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Ryan Funeral Home in Madison.

Mrs. Mickelson was born Feb. 16, 1932, in Kalamazoo, Mich., a daughter of the late Fred and Ethel Stephens.
She was employed by Michigan Bell as a telephone operator and then later worked for Marathon Travel Agency.
She was married to Harold "Mickey" Mickelson on April 4, 1987, at Zion Lutheran Church in Manistique, Mich. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Debbie (Jim) Harrington, Madison, and Susan (Tim) Durocher, Kingsford, Mich.; one son, Stephen (Nancy) Schuster, Plover; and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Jack Stephens; and one grandson.
