| Eleanor Erdman Eleanor Erdman, 92, Plainfield, died Tuesday, April 15, 2008, at her home. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church in Almond, with Vicar Brian Roehrborn officiating. Interment will be in St. John Lutheran Cemetery in the town of Almond. Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. Saturday until the service. The Hardell-Holly Funeral Home of Almond is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at www.hollyfuneralhome.com. Mrs. Erdman was born Feb. 20, 1916, in Milwaukee, a daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Holstein) Lesko. She was married to Paul Erdman on March 9, 1935, in Milwaukee. He died in March 1969. Survivors include two sons, James (Maryann), Wild Rose, and Allan (Vera), Plainfield; one daughter-in-law, Marilyn Shearer, Virginia; nine grandchildren, Elizabeth (Christopher) Erdman, Ellicott City, Md., Jack (Cathy) Erdman, Holly Springs, N.C., Lorrie (Kevin) Reimer, Mequon, Rodger (Jean) Erdman, Wisconsin Rapids, Paul (Sabrina) Erdman, Almond, Todd (Jacqueline) Erdman, Rockford, Ill., and Jody (Jeff) Hedgland and Scott Erdman, both of Detroit, Mich.; and 22 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by three sons, Ronald, Richard and Jerald. |
