Ardith B. Bidwell-Winkler

Ardith B. Bidwell-Winkler, 84, Maple Ridge Memory Care, 2841 Maple Drive, Plover, died Thursday, April 17, 2008, at her residence.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Taylor, Vollert and Jennings Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids, with Deacon James Johnston officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in the town of Grand Rapids in Wood County.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Monday until the services.

A memorial will be established by the family.

Mrs. Bidwell-Winkler was born in the town of Carson, a daughter of the late Frank and Daisy (Bratton) Clark.

She was married to Floyd Bidwell on April 14, 1949, in Dubuque, Iowa. He died on May 30, 1988.

She was married to Lyle Winkler in August 1993 in Kellner. He died in July 2006.

She was employed in the shipping department at Fey Publishing from 1964 to 1993.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Wisconsin Rapids and Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS).

Survivors include one daughter, Connie (Earl) Janssen, Wisconsin Rapids; one stepson, Malcolm Bidwell; two sisters, Nellie Hamm, Rudolph, and Nettie Pascavis, Wisconsin Rapids; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her twin brother, Arnold Clark; two other brothers, Art Clark Sr. and Harold Clark Sr.; one stepson, Vernal Bidwell; and two sisters, Ethel Lamb and Maudie Sullivan.
