Two incumbents choose not to run Two incumbent supervisors on the Portage County Board have announced they won't run for another term. District 2 Supervisor Hans Walther and District 5 Supervisor Paul Borham filed notices of noncandidacy last week at the County Clerk's Office. Persons wishing to run for the County Board have until 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4, to file nomination papers at the County Clerk's Office.
