Jordan Park program features edible plants Jordan Park Nature Center will host a program on edible plants at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21. Amy Nitka, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, will identify various edible plants and their uses. This program will be informative, with a chance to ask questions at the end of the presentation. As always, this program is free and open to the public.
