Two place at state 4-H dog show Two Portage County youth placed during competition in the Wisconsin 4-H Dog Show at Manitowoc on July 24 and 25. Paula Kropidlowski received a first place dog showmanship trophy for her age category and Nathaniel Miller received a second place dog showmanship for his age category. The youths were judged on their knowledge of dogs and their ability to present their dog to the judge. Both youths are members of the Rosholt Pioneers 4-H club, and Pat Nellessen is their 4-H dog leader. Kropidlowski, Miller other youths will be at the Rosholt Fair Dog Show, held Monday Sept. 6 at 9 a.m. at the Rosholt Fairgrounds.
