Gazette is moving to Church Street The Portage County Gazette is moving. Effective today, The Gazette will be located at 2800 Church St., the former Remax Realty building on the corner of Church and Matilda streets. The move will provide additional space for The Gazette. Despite the move, the telephone number for The Gazette will remain 343-8045, the fax number will remain 343-8048 and the postal mailbox will remain PO Box 146. The Gazette has outgrown the building at 2182 Strongs Ave. that the newspaper has occupied since it began in 1999 and the building has also been sold, necessitating the move.
