A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 29, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia, with the Rev. Gregory Michaud officiating. Burial with full military honors will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home in Stevens Point from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, and at the church from 9:30 a.m. Friday until the Mass. Sacred Heart Holy Name Society was scheduled to combine with a rosary at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. Groshek was born Sept. 27, 1942, in Galloway, a son of the late Raymond and Regina (Stroik) Groshek.
He entered the U.S. Marine Corps Jan. 6, 1961, in Milwaukee. He was a corporal with the Field Radio Operations Unit. He received the Good Conduct Medal and the M-14 Rifle Expert Badge. He was honorably discharged Dec. 10, 1963, in Quantico, Va.
He was married to Virginia Kurszewski Oct. 22, 1966, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia.
He was employed by Allen Bradley Co. in Milwaukee from 1964 to 1978. He then was a dairy farmer from 1978 to present.
He was a member of the Sacred Heart Holy Name Society, American Legion Post 509 of Rosholt and the Marine Corps League.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia; five daughters, Lori (Tom) Richter, Rosholt, Vicki (Steven) Allred, Iola, Sara (Luke) Hilgers, Custer, Kari (Ryan) Zdroik, Stevens Point, and Amber (Erik) Wenger, Dacula, Ga.; seven sons, Dennis (Renee), Amherst Junction, Donald (Tara Bonnell), Stevens Point, Derek, West Allis, Dean (Veronica Sankey), Stevens Point, Devin (Angela), Custer, Dustin (Megan), Custer, and Darren (Jordan Fochs), Stevens Point; seven brothers, Raymond (Carol), Ron (Helen), Ralph (Betty), Joseph (Susan), Fred (Elaine), George (Barbara) and Clifford (Bonnie); two sisters, Joyce (Wallace) Bembenek and Natalie (Wayne) Staley; 22 grandchildren; and three stepgrandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Norbert and Mark.
