Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 18, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Wausau, with the Rev. Zach Holdorf officiating. Entombment will be in Restlawn Memorial Park in Wausau.
Visitation will be at the Helke Funeral Home in Wausau from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 17, and at the church from 9:30 a.m. Monday until the services.

Mrs. Jahns was born March 15, 1927, in Junction City, a daughter of the late Fred and Martha (Neumann) Brown Jr. In her earlier years, she was a machinist at Marathon Foundry during World War II then later at Wausau Piston Ring and Connor Wood Products.
She was married to Melvin Jahns April 12, 1947, in Junction City. He died Aug. 17, 1987.
They moved to Wausau and raised four children, LeRoy, Robin, Pam and Randy. While he worked at 3M, she worked at Rib Mountain IGA. During her 40 years with the store, she worked the check-out counter.
Survivors include two sons, LeRoy (Patricia), Rib Mountain, and Randy (Tari), Rudolph; two daughters, Robin Kozlowski, Wausau, and Pam (Lyle) Shield, Weston; two brothers, Ken (Clara) Brown, Wisconsin Rapids, and Fred (Gerti) Brown, Junction City; one sister-in-law, Vina Brown, Wisconsin Rapids; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, George and Charles Brown; and two sisters, Edna Skibba and Lorraine Yonke.
