A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 18, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Green Bay, with the Rev. Paul Demuth officiating.
Visitation was scheduled at the church from 4 p.m. Thursday, July 17, until a prayer service at 7 p.m. and again from 9:30 a.m. Friday until the Mass.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.

Mr. Herek was born April 26, 1939, in Stevens Point, a son of the late Alois and Susan (Ksioncz) Herek.
He was married to Marilyn Zurawski in Stevens Point June 11, 1960.
He drove truck for 35 years and retired for the final time in 2010. He was an accident-free driver for more than 3 million miles.
He was a charter member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and was an usher and hospitality greeter.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Marilyn; two daughters, Sherri Lynn (Jay) Stache and Jean Marie (James) Nero, both of Green Bay; one son, Jeff Anthony (Ginny), Bloomington, Ill.; one brother, Norbert (Rose), Suamico; one sister, Janet (Leroy) Schultz, Stevens Point; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Sue Marie; and one sister, Dorothy Herek.
