Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 19, at Peace United Church of Christ, 1756 Dixon St., Stevens Point, with visiting Pastor Micha Schlobom officiating.
Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. Saturday until the services.
Contributions to the family to aid in her children’s future would be appreciated.

Mrs. Hunter was born March 23, 1956, in Milwaukee, a daughter of the late Frank E. and Josephine E. (Mendola) Spruce. She attended schools in Milwaukee.
She received a degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
She owned and operated Hunter House Custom Sewing for many years. She also was a substitute teacher’s aide at Jefferson Elementary School, helping students with disabilities.
Mrs. Hunter volunteered at a variety of organizations, including the Lincoln Aging and Disability Center and the Family Connection Board.
She was a member of the National and Wisconsin Mensa Societies.
Survivors include two children, Dominique and Nathan Hunter, both of Stevens Point; one sister, Mary Jo (Joseph) Jones, Menominee Falls; and two brothers, David (Debra) Spruce, San Diego, Calif., and Keith Spruce, Two Rivers.
She was also preceded in death by one infant son, Ian Francis Hunter.
