Susan L. Aeby, 72, Stevens Point, died Tuesday, May 27, 2014, at Wellington Place. She resided at Wellington the past five years and had been living with the effects of Alzheimer’s disease for many years.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 31, at St. Stephen Catholic Church, with the Rev. Jerzy Rebacz officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Shuda Funeral Chapel – Stevens Point from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 30, and at the church from 9 a.m. Saturday until the Mass.
A memorial will be established for the Alzheimer’s Association.

Mrs. Aeby was born May 28, 1941, in Eau Claire, a daughter of the late Don and Maureen (Shipway) White. She graduated from Eau Claire Regis High School in 1959.
She was married to James Aeby June 17, 1960, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Eau Claire.
The couple settled in Stevens Point where they raised their family.
She volunteered her time at the Portage County Home and with Meals on Wheels.
Survivors include her husband, James, Stevens Point; one son, Troy (Deb), Plover; one daughter, Tricia (Rich) Kitterman, Savannah, Ga.; three sisters, Nancy (Bob) Larsen, Stevens Point, Dawn (Jeff) Marsh, Cambridge, and Dana (Doug) Quam, Merrimac; three brothers, Bill White, Woodruff, Mickey (Nancy) White, Stevens Point, and Dan (Nancy) White, Byron, Minn.; and four grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Patrick White.
