Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 7, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Waupaca, with the Rev. Jennifer DeNetz officiating. Interment of cremains will be at a later date in Lakeside Memorial Park in Waupaca.
Visitation will be at the Holly Funeral Home in Waupaca from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and at the church from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the services.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.

Mr. Parker was born April 1, 1942, in Mondovi, a son of the late Willis and Margaret (Rosenthal) Parker.
He was married to Benita “Be” Moy Sept. 5, 1964, in Mondovi.
He worked for 20 years in Mondovi as the Buffalo Memorial Hospital & Nursing Home administrator.
In 1985 he and his family moved to Waupaca where he became the administrator at Bethany Home for 20 years before retiring.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church where he was active in the Men’s Choir.
He was formerly active in the Waupaca Rotary Club and the Waupaca Kiwanis Club.
He served on the Waupaca City Council for 20 years, including 15 years as the president.
Survivors include his wife, Benita “Be” Parker, Waupaca; one daughter, Leah (Jon) Maves, Amherst; one son, Brent (Val), Waupaca; one brother, Gerald “Bob,” Waupaca; and two granddaughters, Karlee and Makena Maves.
