Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 3, at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids, with the Rev. James Altman officiating. Burial will be in Plainfield Cemetery in Plainfield.
Visitation will be at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Wisconsin Rapids from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 2, and at the church from 10 a.m. Saturday until the services, with a rosary held Friday at the funeral home.

Mr. Doerrler was born Oct. 29, 1951, in Chicago, Ill., a son of the late Raymond and Bernadine (Fritz) Doerrler.
He was married to Nancy Getzloff April 22, 1972. The marriage ended in divorce.
He was self-employed through Moodie’s Trucking, working on land excavating until his retirement in 2009.
Survivors include his wife, Catherine; one son, Christopher (Miriam), Wisconsin Rapids; four daughters, Traci, Wisconsin Rapids, and Renata, Felicity and Emily, all of Plainfield; nine stepchildren, Shane, Molly (Nathan), Jamie (Yolanda), Amanda, Christopher, Casey (Jessica), Zachary, Jacinta and Sonora; two brothers, David (Susan) and Daniel (Kathleen), both of Wisconsin Rapids; four sisters, Catherine (Lloyd) Hamann, Custer, Janet (Samuel) Reese, Mayville, Mich., Rebecca (David) Sutton, Washington, Mo., and Patricia (Dennis) Quinnell, Wisconsin Rapids; and 16 grandchildren.
