A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 1, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Stevens Point, with the Rev. Thomas Lindner officiating. Burial will be in the Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. Tuesday until the Mass.

Mr. Chilla was born Feb. 29, 1920, in the Rosholt area, a son of the late Nick and Jenny Chilla.
He entered the U.S. Army Feb. 3, 1942, at Fort Sheridan, Ill. He served with the 821st Engineer Aviator Battalion as a Tech 4 Sergeant during World War II. He served in Bismarck Arch, Southern Philippines and Luzon. He received the Asiatic/Pacific Theatre Service Medal, Philippine Liberation Ribbon with one Bronze Star and the Good Conduct Medal. He was honorably discharged Oct. 12, 1945, at Camp McCoy, Wis.
He was married to Evelyn Gabor Aug. 21, 1946, in Milwaukee. She died June 30, 2009.
He worked as a foreman for Best Block Co. of Milwaukee for more than 30 years.
He served as a caretaker for his wife for two years before her death from cancer.
Survivors include one son, Brian (Gae), Alpharetta, Ga.; one daughter, Judy (Jerry) Zblewski, Amherst Junction; two sisters, Caroline and Agnes; one brother, Dick; four grandchildren, Tana (Matt) Mews, Liz and Mark Chilla, Jason (Jessica) Zblewski and Amy (Tom) Stremkowski; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one son, Mark; four brothers, Al, Frank, Karl and Ray; two sisters, Bernice and Clara; and two grandsons.
