Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 7, at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Wisconsin Rapids, with the Rev. Paul Tonn officiating. Burial will be later in Spring Branch Cemetery in the town of Rome.
Visitation was scheduled at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Wisconsin Rapids from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 6, and at the church from 10 a.m. Friday until the services.
Memorials may be designated to the St. Luke Lutheran Church Endowment Fund.

Mr. Krenz was born Nov. 14, 1942, in Milwaukee, a son of the late Emil and Mildred (Neitzel) Krenz.
He was married to Mary Rose Ratzow Sept. 10, 1960, at the Capital Drive Lutheran Church in Milwaukee.
They continued to reside in Milwaukee until moving to the town of Rome in 1976.
He began his working career for Canteen Vending Company in Milwaukee and was later employed as an independent insurance agent in the Wisconsin Rapids area until his retirement.
He was an active member of St. Luke Lutheran Church and several of its Bible study groups, the Rome Lions Club and the Rome Volunteer Fire Department.
He had a major role in the building of his daughter’s daycare center.
Survivors include his wife, Mary; one daughter, Christy (David) Poffinbarger, Stevens Point; two sons, Donn (Becky) Krenz, Wisconsin Rapids, and Dann (Wendy Fisher) Krenz, town of Rome; one brother, Timothy (Renee’), Germantown; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren,
He was also preceded in death by one grandson and one great-granddaughter.
