A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, at St. Paul Episcopal Church in Hudson.
Visitation will be at the O’Connell Family Funeral Home in Hudson from 4-7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, and at the church from 1 p.m. Saturday until the service.
Memorials are preferred.

Mr. Blake was born May 29, 1938, in Abbottsford, a son of the late Melvin and Rachel (Weaver) Blake. He graduated from P. J. Jacobs High School in Stevens Point in 1956.
He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1960.
He served with the Wisconsin National Guard during the Berlin Conflict.
He was married to Nancy Rae Olingy May 18, 1963.
He worked as a credit manager in Milwaukee for Commercial Credit Corporation and moved to Hudson in 1964. He joined Montgomery Ward in the Twin Cities where he worked as an area credit manager for more than 25 years, retiring in 1989.
During retirement he worked with the family business, Fit To Be Tied, hosting the company at teacher’s conventions in 20 different states.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy; two daughters, Andrea (David) Norris, Hudson, and Allison (Daniel) von Siebenthal, Switzerland; one son, Bradley Blake, Austin, Texas; one sister, Lois (Rev. Arthur) Becker; and six grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one son, Bryan; and one brother, Dr. Bradley Blake.
