A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Greenfield. Entombment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery in Milwaukee.
Visitation will be at the Max A. Sass & Sons Greenridge Chapel from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, with a vigil service at 6:30 p.m. and at the church from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday.

Mr. Sopa was born May 9, 1924, in the town of Amherst, a son of the late Joseph and Johanna (Konkol) Sopa.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He was married to Grace Gostomski 63 years ago.
He retired from A.O. Smith after 34 years.
He was a member of the H.A. Todd Jr. American Legion Post 537 and he participated in a Stars and Stripes Honor Flight.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Christina and Brenda (Steven) Pogorzelski; three sons, David (Janet), Glen (Sharon) and Mark (Brenda); one brother, Henry, Milwaukee; three sisters, Jeanette Patoka, Amherst, and Emily Rashka and Lucy Baldewicz, both of West Allis; nine grandchildren; and numerous relatives in Portage County.
He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Bernard, Zigmond and Edwin; and two sisters, Chesterine Dombrowski and Evelyn Rusch.
