A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday, Feb. 1, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Stevens Point. Burial will be in Stevens Point.
Visitation will be at the church from 11 a.m. Saturday until the service.
Mr. Peper was born July 16, 1951, in Burlington, a son of the George and Beverly (Hahn) Peper.
He was married to Kathy Ziaya in January 1971 in Stevens Point. She died Nov. 2, 2008.
He lived in Wisconsin, Alaska, Texas and Louisiana. In Louisiana, he owned and operated the dairy equipment company, Beaver Creek Enterprises. He was a draftsman and held patents for many of his design concepts.
After retiring from the dairy equipment business, he and his wife spent many years traveling the country together. They drove coast to coast and toured states on both the northern and southern borders of the U.S.
Survivors include three sons, Troy (Stephanie), Keith (Sheri) and Robert Jr. (Jessica); his parents, George and Beverly; three brothers, David (Dolly), Jim (Sue) and John (Tracy); one sister, Barbara (Brian) Rozumialski; and five grandchildren.
