Jessica L. McPherson, 39, Bancroft, died unexpectedly, Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014, in her sleep of an undetermined medical condition.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, 2014, at the Leikness & Stahl Funeral Home in Plainfield.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11 a.m. Friday until the services. A dinner will follow at the Plainfield Community Center.

Mrs. McPherson was born Sept. 22, 1974, at St. Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point, a daughter of Harland and Karen (Campbell) Nigh. She was a graduate of Almond-Bancroft High School and attended Edgewood College in Madison.
She was married to James “Jamie” R.P. McPherson Aug. 25, 2012.
She was employed at CN Railroad and Associated Bank.
She volunteered for Illinois Doberman Rescue Plus and trained her dog Spencer to be a service dog for her.
Survivors include her husband, Bancroft; her parents, Harland and Karen Nigh; her siblings, Shelly, Bobbie and Chris; her maternal grandmother, Ruby Campbell; and her grandmother-in-law, Edna McPherson; aunts; uncles; nieces; and nephews.
