Funeral services will be at noon Tuesday, Jan. 7, at Leikness & Stahl Funeral Home in Plainfield, with Chaplin Jamie Brei officiating. Military honors will follow by the U.S. Army Honors Team and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6007.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the services.

Mr. Pierce was born June 2, 1947, in Neillsville, a son of the late Delbert and Mabel (Hanson) Pierce. He graduated from Alexander High School in 1966.
He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam from 1967 to 1969.
He worked in construction, as an electrician, an apartment manager and as a semi driver through the years.
He was married to Tammie Borelli June 24, 1995, after they met while he was managing apartments in Merrill.
They moved to Bancroft to be near his father. Several years later, he retired and they settled in Almond. He then worked for Stucker Bus Service.
He was a founding member of Mighty Mike’s CB Club from Wisconsin Rapids in the early 1970s and a member of the Bancroft Lions Club, where he made homemade fries for Good Ol’ Days.
Survivors include his wife, Almond; three sons, Delbert (Christine Stillman), Nekoosa, Michael (Jennifer Koch), Almond, and Matthew, at home; two brothers, William (Harriet), California, and Robert (Melody), Georgia; and six grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one son, David.
