A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20, at the Shuda Funeral Chapel in Stevens Point, with Dwaine Habrat officiating. Following the service full military honors will be performed at the funeral chapel.
Visitation will be at the funeral chapel from noon Sunday until the service.

Mr. Lukasavage was born July 14, 1937, in Stevens Point, a son of the late Frances (Goszkowicz) Borski and Nick Lukasavage. He attended local schools and graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School in 1957.
He entered the U.S. Navy July 9, 1957, in Chicago, Ill. He served until his honorable discharge July 7, 1961.
Upon his return he began his career at the Soo Line Railroad and retired as an engineer.
Survivors include two sisters, Lorraine Osowski and Sue (Gary) Pulchinski, both of Stevens Point; three brothers, Dennis (Chris La-May) Borski, Stevens Point, Dale (Barb) Borski, Franklin, and Roger (Betty) Borski, Winter; nieces; and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Clifford; and two sisters, Margaret Leberfing and Patricia Winarski.
