A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Torun, with the Rev. Greg Michaud officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home in Stevens Point from 4 to 8p.m. Wednesday and at the church from 9:30a.m. Thursday until the Mass. A parish rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials in her name will be established at a later date.

Mrs. Kozak was born June 3, 1928, in Stevens Point, a daughter of the late Carl and Agnes (Walenski) Wrycha. She attended Stevens Point schools.
She was married to Walter Kozak Oct. 25, 1947, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Torun. He died Jan. 18, 2004.
After the marriage the couple settled on the Kozak family homestead.
She was a member of the St. Mary’s Rosary Society.
Survivors include one daughter, Susan Wanta, Custer; two sons, David (Margaret), Stevens Point, and Steven, Clinton Township, Mich.; one sister, Florence (Chester) Wojtalewicz, Stevens Point; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Elsie Kotolski-Knight and Delores Gollonik; one son, James; and one sister, Adeline Zaidel, who died in the same accident.
