A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, with the Rev. Thomas Lindner officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Polonia.
Visitation will be at the Shuda Funeral Chapel in Stevens Point from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, and again from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. Friday. A general rosary will be prayed at the funeral chapel at 7 p.m. Thursday by the St. Stanislaus Rosary Society, of which she was a member.

Mrs. Zaidel was born Oct. 24, 1920, in the town of Dewey, a daughter of the late Carl and Agnes (Walenski) Wrycha.
She was married to Stanley Zaidel Oct. 23, 1943, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Torun. He died in 1986.
The couple settled in Chicago, then later moved to Lombard, Ill., and she worked at York High School in the Elmhurst (IL) Public School District until retiring in 1987 after 21 years.
She moved back to Stevens Point in 1987 following the death of her husband.
She liked to travel and among the many places she visited were Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, France, Switzerland, Poland, Russia, Israel and the Caribbean Islands.
Survivors include one son, Lenard (Sharon) Zaidel, Doniphan, Mo.; one daughter, Doris, California; one sister, Florence (Chester) Wojtalewicz, Stevens Point; and five grandchildren, Dawn (Daniel) Strojny, St. Paul, Minn., and Jerome, Donald, Stacy and Michelle, all of California.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Herman, Edward and Ray Wrycha; and four sisters, Clara Glenn, Eleanor Firkus, Evelyn Wrycha and Rita Kozak, who was in the same accident.
