A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Junction City. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at Martens/Rembs Funeral Home in Junction City from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14, and at the church from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the Mass.

Mrs. Seavers was born Aug. 9, 1919, in Blenker, a daughter of the late Charles and Louisa (Altman) Weinfurter. She attended St. Kilian Parochial School in Blenker.
She was married to Norman Stanke May 8, 1937, at St. Kilian Catholic Church in Blenker. He died July 10, 1967.
She was married to Roger Seavers Oct. 13, 1979, in Junction City. He died in May 1995.
She farmed in the Milladore and Junction City areas from 1944 until retirement in 1975.
Survivors include six children, Clare (Larry) Grosskreutz, Babcock, David (Dorothy) Stanke, Arizona, LeRoy (Patti) Stanke, Junction City, Shirley (Dave) Stanke, Minnesota, and Edward (Donna) Stanke, Pennsylvania; one sister, Loretta Hahn, Pittsville; 11 grandchildren; and numerous great- and great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by six sisters, Rose Pongratz, Agnes Buchanan, Dorothy Hollar, Ann Hahn, Margaret Weinfurter and Florence Krings; two brothers, Ervin and Alfred “Fritz” Weinfurter; and two grandchildren.
