Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Junction City, with the Rev. Timothy W. Roser officiating. Burial was in Runkel Cemetery in the town of Eau Pleine in Portage County.
Visitation will be at the Martens/Rembs Funeral Home in Junction City from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, and at the church from 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, until the services.

Mr. Wolfe was born Aug. 15, 1928, in Junction City, a son of the late Jesse and Meta (Borth) Wolfe. He attended Wolfe School near his home.
He was married to Velma A. Hanson June 23, 1951, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Junction City.
In his early years, he hauled canned milk for area farmers, drove truck for the town and helped bury telephone lines to eliminate party lines.
He farmed his entire life in the town of Eau Pleine.
He played Santa Claus for various functions and parades.
Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Connie Peplinski, Stevens Point, Sandra Waltenberg, Mosinee, and June (Allen) Hogan and Elizabeth (Gene) Sprague, both of Junction City; one brother, Howard, Plover; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one son, LeRoy; and one granddaughter, Linda Waltenberg.
