Catherine M. Dhein, 89, Stevens Point, died Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013, at Ministry St. Michael’s Hospital.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with the Rev. Jerzy Rebacz officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. Thursday until the Mass.
Memorials in her name will be established at a later date.

Mrs. Dhein was born Jan. 31, 1924, in Stevens Point, a daughter of the late Joseph and Helen (Maciejewski) Bombera. She was a member of the first graduating class from P.J. Jacobs High School.
She was married to Leonard Dhein Oct. 30, 1943, in Milwaukee. He died Aug. 11, 1998.
After the marriage the couple lived in Milwaukee for a few years before finally settling in Stevens Point.
She was a charter member of the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary and a member of the St. Anne’s Society, St. Stanislaus Rosary Society and the National Catholic Society of Foresters.
Survivors include three daughters, Pat (Paul) Thompson, Virginia, Joan (Joe) Guzman, Stevens Point, and Debra (Tom) Sowatzke, Nekoosa; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Gerald Bombera; and one sister, Elaine Vicker.
