Judy L. (Springer) Wendt, 70, Stevens Point, died Thursday, May 30, 2013, following a battle with bile duct cancer.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Mill Creek, with the Rev. Dennis Stanchik officiating. Burial will be in Linwood Union Cemetery in the town of Linwood.
Visitation will be at the Shuda Funeral Chapel in Stevens Point from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday, with a Bible vigil at 6 p.m., and at the church from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. Monday.
A memorial will be established in her name.

Mrs. Wendt was born Dec. 11, 1942, in Appleton, a daughter of Dolores (Fisher) Springer and the late William Springer, the oldest of nine children. She attended St. Therese Grade School, Roosevelt Junior High School and graduated from Appleton High School (West) in 1961.
She was married to Gene Wendt on Aug. 12, 1994, a marriage that was blessed on Aug. 18, 2012, by the Rev. Dennis Stanchik at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Mill Creek.
She worked for about 18 years for AT&T before moving to California. She and Mr. Wendt managed a motel in Wasco, Calif., and she also worked for Arcadian Trucking in Kingsburg, Calif., until they moved back to Wisconsin in 1993 to the Stevens Point area. She worked most recently at Wal-Mart in Stevens Point until she retired in 2010.
Survivors include her husband; three children, Tony (Sandy) Omachinski, Neenah, Robert Omachinski, Menasha, and Mary Beth (Mike) Federman, Kaukauna; her mother, Dolores Springer; two sisters, Suzanne (David) Rogers, Appleton, and Kathleen (special friend Jim Jensen) Springer, Menasha; five brothers, Ted (Pat) Springer, Wisconsin Rapids, Phillip (Gail ) Springer, Plover, Carl (Mary)Springer, Appleton, Nick (Margaret) Springer, Amherst Junction, and Robert (Cathy) Springer, Kaukauna; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, David; her maternal grandparents, Charles and Lucille (Blick) Fisher; and her paternal grandparents, Theodore and Margaret (Marx) Springer.
