Oscar M. Berge, 90, Waupaca, a town of Alban native and the brother of two Portage County men, died Friday, May 10, 2013, at Crystal River Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Waupaca.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 19, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Waupaca.

Mr. Berge was born Jan. 27, 1923, in the town of Alban in Portage County, a son of the late James and Alma (Isaacson) Berge.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He farmed for many years and also was a custodian at Rosholt Schools.
Survivors include two brothers, Roy (Georgia), Amherst Junction, and Jerome, Plover; and many nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
