A Funeral Mass was held Friday at The Church of the Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ in Wausau, with the Rev. William Grevatch presiding. Burial was in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Kronenwetter.

Mrs. Czechowicz was born Dec. 13, 1934, in Rosholt, a daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Dombrowski) Ostrowski.
She was married to Stanley Czechowicz Sr. in Wausau on Aug. 20, 1988. He died on Aug. 1, 2008.
For many years, she worked for the 29 Super Grocery Store in the bakery department, until her retirement.
Survivors include seven children, Gary (Rhonda) Rogalla, Kronenwetter, Gale (Chris) Ziolkowski and Lee (Veronica) Rogalla, both of Wisconsin Rapids, Bev (Dave) Bain, Wausau, Steven (Nancy) Rogalla, Tomahawk, Carol (Mark) Sickler, Eland, Lene (Ronald) Hoeft, Minocqua; four stepchildren, Rosie (Ric) Carr, Rib Mountain, Stanley Czechowicz Jr. and Brian (Karen) Czechowicz, both of Ocala, Fla., and Gary (Karen) Czechowicz, Wausau; 35 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Rogalla; eight siblings, Verna Mallum, Ernest, Edwin, Eddie and Steve Ostrowski, Eleanor Burclaw, Adeline Bembenek and infant Mary Ann Ostrowski; one stepson, Dennis Czechowicz; two stepdaughters, Susan and Marlene Czechowicz; and one grandson.
