A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, at St. James Catholic Church in Amherst, with the Rev. Robert Pedretti officiating.
Visitation will be at Jungers-Holly Funeral Home in Amherst from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday and at the church from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the Mass.

Mr. Konkol was born Sept. 10, 1950, a son of the late Conrad and Irene (Kurszewski) Konkol. He grew up in the Amherst area.
After high school he entered the military and served in Vietnam as a medic.
Upon returning home he worked as an orderly at the Veterans Home in King.
He later started his own construction business and continued that for many years.
Survivors include two sons, Robert, Stevens Point, and Michael (Carey), Wauwatosa; two brothers, Randy (Terri), Knowlton, and Jeff, Amherst; four sisters, Joan (Glen) Antilla, Gladstone, Jane (Paul Swetalla) Andrews, Madison, Debbie Konkol, Stevens Point, and Denise (Randy) Glisczinski, Amherst; and a special nephew, Austin Konkol.
