Patricia A. “Patsy” Smith, 66, Plover, died unexpectedly at her home Wednesday, March 20, 2013.
A service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Shuda Funeral Home in Plover.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11 a.m. Tuesday until the service.

Mrs. Smith was born Nov. 13, 1946, in Stevens Point, a daughter of Grace (Borchardt) Ceplina and the late Arthur Ceplina. She graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School in 1964.
She was married to Randall Smith in Octpber 1968 at St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover.
The couple moved to Milwaukee in 1968 and to West Bend in 1976. They divorced, and she returned to the Stevens Point area in 1985.
She had a close companion and friend Jesse Masias for almost 20 years.
She worked at McCain’s for 22 years. She also had worked at the Thunderbird Bar, Friendly Bar and the Dollar Tree.
Survivors include her mother, Wisconsin Rapids; one son, Arthur (Jamison) Smith, Plover; one daughter, April (Harold) Shelton, Plover; two sisters, Judy Koback, Stevens Point, and Mary (Bernie) Plummer, Plover; three brothers, Bobby (Micki) Ceplina, and Jack (Marge) Ceplina, both of Wisconsin Rapids, and Donnie (Betsy) Ceplina, Stevens Point; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her father; and two sisters, Sandy Copeland, and Margaret “Sissy” Lepak.
