June E. Klish, 86, Stevens Point, died Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at the Portage County Health Care Center.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with the Rev. Jerzy Rebacz officiating. Burial will be in the St. Stephen Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Shuda Funeral Chapel from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and at the church Monday from 9 to 9:45 a.m. A general rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Klish was born June 25, 1926, in Stevens Point, a daughter of Erven and Helen (Peabody) Redding. She graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School in 1944.
She was married to Robert Klish on Jan. 4, 1947, at St. Stephen Catholic Church. He died in 2011.
She began her career at AT&T as an operator in 1952 and retired in 1978.
She was a member of Sweet Adelines for many years and also made costumes for the performances.
Survivors include two sons, George (Sue), and Rob (Sue), both of Stevens Point; two daughters, Lark (Tom) Hopp, and Kathy Klish, both of Stevens Point; three sisters, Lucille Knudtson, and Mary Redding, both of Stevens Point, and Dorothy (Jim) Jajewski, Ripon; two brothers, Erv (Pat) Redding, and Dick Redding, both of Stevens Point; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
