A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. John Catholic Church in Antigo, with the Rev. Charles Hoffmann officiating. Burial will be in Elmhurst Cemetery.
Visitation was scheduled from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home in Antigo and at the church from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Friday. A wake service and rosary will be held 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
A memorial has been established in his name at CoVantage Credit Union, 723 Sixth Ave., Antigo, WI 54409.

Mr. Simonis was born Aug. 12, 1996, in Kaukauna, a son of Perry and Wendy (Whitford) Simonis. He was a sophomore at Antigo High School, where he achieved high honors for his grades. He previously attended Holy Cross Catholic School in Kaukauna and Antigo Middle School.
He participated in football, basketball, baseball and track. He was a certified lifeguard.
He worked at Paul Monk’s ginseng farm.
He attended St. John Catholic Church.
Survivors include his parents; one sister, Kira, at home; one brother, Derick, at home; his maternal grandparents, Jerry and Judy Whitford, Dodgeville; and his paternal grandmother, Beatrice Simonis, Rosholt.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Fritz Simonis.
