Mark Engebretson, 57, McFarland, a Stevens Point native and brother of a Stevens Point man, died Sunday March 17, 2013, after a battle with an aggressive form of cancer over the past few months.
A memorial service will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Shuda Funeral Chapel in Stevens Point. A second service will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. Sunday, April 7, at Cress Funeral Home in McFarland, followed by a celebration of life at The Green Lantern in McFarland.
Memorials can be made to a college trust fund being set up for Lillie Tyler.

Mr. Engebretson was born Sept. 21, 1955, in Stevens Point, a son of the late Darold and Lillian Engebretson. He attended Stevens Point Area Senior High School and Mid-State Technical College where he received a degree in drafting.
He worked as a draftsman with Skippy Enterprises and later took a sales position with Therm-All, a commercial green building insulation company in Madison. He advanced from district manager to national accounts manager to director of marketing and business development. He sat on the energy code committees for the National Insulation Association.
Survivors include three sons, Scott, Austin, Texas, Andrew (Nina Hanson), Sun Prairie, and Matthew, San Diego, Calif.; one brother, Alan (Marge), Stevens Point; two sisters, Gail Engebretson, Madison, and Marcia (Jane Bidwell) Engebretson, Hayward; his fiancé, Joanie Blanchar Tyler, McFarland; and her four daughters, Hailey, Las Vegas, Nev., and Hannah, Maggie and Madison Lillie, McFarland.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Dave.
